Arbi Subzi
You Will Need:
Arbi - 8-9
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Oil - 2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Pressure Cook Arbi to one whistle. Cool and peel the skin. Slice them.
Heat oil in a pan when hot add the mustard seeds. When they crackle add the arbi and all the masalas. Stir well and cook on medium low flame till they roast well.
