You Will Need
Tuvar Dal (red lentil) - 1/2 cup
Lemon Juice - 3 tbsp
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Urad Dal (split black gram) - 1/2 tsp
Green Chillies - 1 chopped
Curry Leaves - handful
Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp
Water - 3 cups
Coriander Leaves - to garnish
Cook Dal till soft (cool and smash). Heat Oil in a pan Add mustard seeds; wen it splutters add urad dal, green chillies and curry leaves. Add little water. Add pepper powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, water, dal and salt. Bring to a boil till you get the aroma. Turn off the gas. Add the lemon juice and garnish with coriander leaves.
