You Will Need :
Lentils - 1 cup
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
Kasoori Methi - 2 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 2 tsp
Asafoetida - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves / curry leaves - to garnish
Cook lentils till soft. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard and cumin seeds. Add kasoori methi. cook for a minute. Add the Lentil and the remaining ingredients. Add sufficient water if required. Cook till the gravy comes to a boil. Garnish with Coriander leaves and Serve...
